Note: Some assembly required; the rhinestone square border stickers come separate from the personalized label. You must peel off the sticker and apply it to your personalized label or tag. Sold in sets of 12, each label / tag measures 2" square.

Available as a favor tag (non sticky-back) or sticker (sticky-back) and can be customized with the monogram of your choice.***Only CENTER INITAL font can be chosen, the side initials will be printed in the block font as shown online.
