Please refer to item descriptions for an estimated order processing time. Please note that these are estimates only. Orders may take longer to process during the months of April-September, the height of wedding season NOTE: Some of our products are shipped directly from our supplier in order to save our customers time and money. You may receive your orders in multiple shipments. If you need a rush order, please contact us to discuss special arrangements. Shipping Shipping charges are determined by the total value of your order. Standard shipping charges apply to the continental United States. Your order will be shipped through UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS at our discretion. A shipping chart is located below. (We reserve the right to update and/or change shipping charges at any time). Rush delivery is available at an additional charge. Please be aware that we cannot ship to a P.O. Box address. Hawaii & Alaska: Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska have an additional $15.00 fee. Canada: We can ship select products to Canada. For more information, please contact our customer service department with your postal code and the products that you are interested in purchasing. Daisy Days is not responsible for any brokerage fees a third party carrier may charge for importing a Canada order. Daisy Days is also not responsible for any import taxes or tariffs the Canadian government may charge. By purchasing from Daisy Days you assume responsibility for any third party fees that may be charged. For your shopping convenience, Daisy Days also offers three other websites where you can purchase select products to be shipped to Canada: Designer Wedding Accessories and Favors Wedding Accessories & Personalized Gifts Invitations, Accessories & Favors International Orders: At this time, we cannot ship orders outside of the United States and Canada. Unclaimed and Refused Shipments Unclaimed shipments that are returned to Daisy Days will be assessed a 20% restocking fee, the cost of shipment will be forfeited, the customer will be contacted by email only and given the option of a refund minus the restocking fee or reshipping at cost of shipping plus the restocking fee. Unclaimed packages that are returned due to Daisy Days error will be reshipped free of charge. Refused packages that are returned to Daisy Days will be assessed a 50% restocking fee, shipping will be forfeited, and the item will be removed from the order. The customer will be contacted by email only. Ground Shipping- $8.95 and up Shipping time is 3-10 business days (not including order processing time). Regular shipping charges apply to the Continental U.S. and are determined by the total value of your order. See chart below.
Expedited Shipping - $24.95 and up Need your order sooner? For an additional $15.00, we can guarantee your order will be delivered within 3 business days once your order is ready to ship. This does not include order processing time. Please call us to see if we can get your order to you in time for your event. Next Day Air: Please contact our customer service for a shipping quote. Due to the complexity of certain products in our store, our turnaround time may not meet your needs, so it is important that you contact us before placing your order. We will provide you with a realistic expectation. Thank you. Sales Tax Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Kentucky (6%). This is due to the fact that our business is based in Lexington, Kentucky. All other states and countries are tax-exempt. Chocolate and Candles - During the warmer months of May-September, we require expedited shipping for any orders that include chocolate or candle items to prevent melting during shipment. Please select "Expedited" during check-out. This adjustment will be made for you if you fail to select the appropriate shipping method and additional charges will apply. Heavy Items - Some of the favors in our store (such as the "LOVE Frosted Glass Coasters") are very heavy and will require additional shipping charges. Accepted Payment Methods We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. Return/Replacement Policy When you receive your order, please inspect your items carefully. Daisy Days is pleased to accept returns for unopened, non-personalized and non-dated items up to 10 days after you receive your order. Please submit all return requests by email to returns@daisy-days.com. Or you can submit our return form here. For detailed return instructions please see How to Return an Item. Items that are personalized may not be returned. You will receive a full refund for returned items minus the cost of shipping. Returns are also subject to a 10% return/restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Items that are broken or damaged in the return shipment cannot be refunded. Personalized Items: Items that are personalized may not be returned. If the item is defective, you must report the defect within 10 days of receipt of your order. Daisy Days will replace the item at no cost to you. If there is an error on the personalization that is the fault of Daisy Days, the item will be replaced at no cost to you. When you place your order, you must enter the personalization EXACTLY as you want it to appear on your item. If the personalization on the item matches the personalization information Daisy Days received on your order, the item will not be accepted for replacement. If the item has been discontinued and cannot be replaced, a like item will be substituted. Defective & Damaged Products: If you receive any product from www.daisy-days.com or Daisy Days affiliate sites that is manufacturer defective or is damaged during shipment, Daisy Days will immediately exchange the unusable product for you without charge. Missing Items: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order is missing items please contact us immediately. Daisy Days will be happy to supply any missing items if they are reported missing within 10 days of receipt. Please check your shipping confirmation email first. Some orders will ship in multiple shipments. Non-resalable: items such as food products, apparel, and personalized items may not be returned or replaced unless defective or damaged during shipment. Disposable Cameras are not returnable. Unclaimed and Refused Shipments: Unclaimed shipments that are returned to Daisy Days will be assessed a 20% return fee, the cost of shipment will be forfeited, the customer will be contacted by email only and given the option of a refund minus the return fee or reshipping at cost of shipping plus the return fee. Unclaimed packages that are returned due to Daisy Days error will be reshipped free of charge. Unauthorized Returns:Items returned with out prior authorization by the Returns department may be subject to a 25% return fee as well as a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees for unauthorized returns are forfeit. Customers will not be contacted regarding unauthorized returns. No refund will be given until the customer contacts the Returns department. How to Return an Item To return an item, you must contact us at returns@daisy-days.com or submit our return form within 10 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, name, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason you want to return them. You will be issued a Return Authorization Code (RAC). Please clearly mark this RAC number on the outside of all packages being returned. All returns must be repackaged in the original shipping carton including packing materials and contents, and shipped to the address below via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We must receive the returned item within 10 business days of issuing the RAC number. This 10 day window allows ample time for the return to arrive via UPS or Insured Parcel post from anywhere in the country. Items that have been issued an Return Authorization Code must be sent to: Daisy Days Attn: RAC# (put your number here) 1002 South Broadway Suite 22 - 195 Georgetown, KY 40324 Any packages sent to Daisy Days without the RAC number clearly marked on the package, or more than ten (10) days after RAC number was issued, will not be accepted. Unaccepted items will be returned at the sender's expense and another RAC will have to be issued. Return shipping costs are not refundable. Cancellations, Changes or Modifications Please contact us right away if you need to make any changes or cancel your order. Once your order has reached our distribution center, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Product Availability / Backorder? If your order includes backordered products, your order will ship when the items become available. In the event that half or less of the items ordered are on backorder, we will ship the items that are currently in stock and the remaining items will ship separately. Discontinued Products Although we make every effort to keep our catalog current, a product occasionally may be discontinued without prior notice. If an ordered item was discontinued, you will be contacted with the option to exchange the discontinued product for a similar product from our store or to receive a full refund. Chargeback and Returned Checks In the event of an invalid chargeback the customer will be held responsible for the total order price plus any fees assessed by the financial institutions involved including but not limited to a $25.00 dispute fee. Daisy Days reserves the right to refuse to process any order or to print any copy that may be considered harassing, profane or abusive in nature. Daisy Days makes every effort to keep our pricing accurate. However, in the event that a product is incorrectly priced out our website, we reserve the right to cancel that order and notify customer of the correct pricing.
