Unity Candles & Holders
The lighting of the unity candle is only 30-40 years old but has become
a tradition in many regions.
Used to represent the joining of two hearts or families into one, the
candles chosen to represent the bride and groom are usually taper candles and the center or unity candle is a pillar candle which is larger and lasts longer.
The candles and candleholders can be simple or ornate depending on your
wedding style, theme or colors.
