Order Processing Time
An Estimated Delivery Date is displayed on each item. This information is located below the item name and number. If you have multiple items, the Estimated Delivery Date will be based on the longest processing item. Rush processing & expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Daisy Days reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Daisy Days reserves the right to refuse to process any order or to print any copy that may be considered harassing, profane or abusive in nature. Daisy Days makes every effort to keep our pricing accurate. However, in the event that a product is incorrectly priced out our website, we reserve the right to cancel that order and notify customer of the correct pricing. They may then choose to place a new order at the correct price. By purchasing from Daisy Days you agree to these policies.
Cancellations, Changes or Modifications
Once an order is placed it begins processing within 24 business hours. If you would like to make an update to your order we would need to hear from you within that 24 business hours to try and accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee the update can be made. Once an order is processing it cannot be cancelled, changed or modify.
Daisy Days ships within the contiguous United States. Shipping rates are based on order total plus destination. Packages ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS, Speedee. PO Boxes are only accepted if your package is shipping via USPS. You may be contacted for a physical address otherwise. Free Ground Shipping is offered on orders $199+ (not valid on orders shipping to AK, HI & PR).
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Massachusetts (6.25%). This is due to the fact that our business is based in Massachusetts. All other states and countries are tax-exempt.
Unclaimed and Refused Shipments
Unclaimed and Refused shipments that are returned to Daisy Days will be assessed a 20% restocking fee, the cost of shipment will be forfeited, the customer will be contacted by email only and given the option of a refund minus the restocking fee or reshipping at cost of shipping. Unclaimed packages that are returned due to Daisy Days error will be reshipped free of charge. *Please note if shipments contain personalized items these items will not be refunded.
Extra Shipping Charges
Chocolate and Candles: During the warmer months of May-September, we require expedited shipping for any order that includes chocolate or candle items to prevent melting during shipment. Please select "Expedited Shipping" during check-out. If expedited shipping is not selected you will be contacted and your order will be placed on hold.
Heavy Items: Some of the favors in our store (such as glass coasters and honey jar favors, for example) are very heavy and will require additional shipping charges. You will be contacted via email if this applies to your order.
Express Packages: Due to the shape, size and weight of some larger items, additional shipping charges may be incurred. You will be notified via email if this applies to your order. Additional shipping charges of $15-$30 will be added to the Express Shipping Rate stated at checkout.
Product Availability / Backorder Items
If your order includes backordered products, your order will ship when the items become available. You may apply a split shipment fee to your order so that the bulk of your order ships while you wait for the backordered item. We carefully monitor backorders and will notify you with any stock updates.
Although we make every effort to keep our catalog current, a product occasionally may be discontinued without prior notice. If an ordered item was discontinued, you will be contacted with the option to exchange the discontinued product for a similar product from our store or to receive a full refund.
